A luxurious beachfront resort is currently under development on the west coast of Sumbawa. This exclusive resort features a variety of villas, each with access to extensive facilities. In this listing, we focus on the 1-bedroom glamp villas.
These glamp villas consist of a bedroom area with a terrace at the front.
The concept of a glamp villa is to combine the experience of a tent with the comfort of a villa. These villas are offered without a bathroom by default. However, for an additional USD 10.000, a bathroom can be included. Additionally, several furniture packages are available, specifically designed to complement the villa’s aesthetic, starting at USD 3,000.
As an owner, you have the option to either live in your villa permanently or rent it out through the resort’s professional management team. If you choose not to rent it out, a monthly maintenance fee of USD 110 applies. If you opt for rental management, a 15% fee is deducted from the net rental income.
The villas come with an 80-year lease, allowing you to benefit from Sumbawa’s rising land values. The island is rapidly gaining popularity, attracting travelers in search of exclusive, high-end accommodations. Several luxury resorts are already operating in the area, with projected nightly rates expected to surpass those in Bali.
Given current market trends, a net return of at least 15% is achievable, with potential earnings exceeding 20%. Additionally, the continuous increase in land prices ensures a solid investment return within a relatively short period.
The resort is located in Beru, within the Jereweh region on the west coast of Sumbawa. Inside the resort, a wide range of amenities and activities are available, ensuring that you and your guests always have something to enjoy.
Jereweh is a hidden gem where rugged coastlines meet lush landscapes. It is a paradise for surfers, boasting world-class waves at Scar Reef and Supersuck, both renowned for their powerful left-hand barrels. Jelenga Beach, with its crystal-clear waters, is another prime surf spot that attracts wave riders from around the globe.
Beyond the shoreline, Jereweh’s inland beauty is equally captivating. Kalela Waterfall, located in Beru Village, cascades over limestone formations into a refreshing natural pool—perfect for a swim. Nearby, Semporon Tangkel Waterfall offers a serene retreat surrounded by dense tropical vegetation. For breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline and rolling hills, a hike up Mantun Hill is highly recommended.
Jereweh offers the perfect balance of adventure and tranquility, combining world-class surfing, natural wonders, and cultural charm—making it an unforgettable destination in West Sumbawa.
The easiest way to reach this location is by flying to Lombok. From there, a 70-minute ferry ride will take you to Poto Tano in West Sumbawa. From the port, it’s just a 90 minutes drive to the resort. Additionally, a larger airport is currently under construction in Poto Tano, which will accommodate domestic flights, making it easier to travel directly from Bali to West Sumbawa in the near future.
