Welcome to Indocasa Properties, a subsidiary of Balicasa Properties. Since the establishment of Balicasa Properties in 2005, we have specialized in real estate in Bali. However, in recent years, we have received increasing requests for properties on other Indonesian islands. That’s why we have launched this new website, offering properties on islands such as Lombok, Sumba, Sumbawa, and Java. In the future, we hope to expand our listings across the Indonesian archipelago.

We are based in Bali, making it impractical for us to conduct property viewings on other islands. For this reason, most properties are listed as “for sale by owner.” Interested buyers can contact the property owners directly and, if desired, complete the transaction without the involvement of a real estate agent.

We also collaborate with developers who have offices in Bali. In these cases, we can accompany clients to meet with developers and obtain additional information.

As islands like Sumba, Sumbawa, and Lombok remain relatively undiscovered, we provide extra information for each island to help potential buyers understand what to expect.
